		<description>The original photos are very beautiful. Uncoated paper is, shall we say, &quot;unkind&quot; to food photography. Of course, there are only five food photos and about 200 grocery lists, so we wanted to make sure those lists looked good. So the uncoated paper stock was chosen to make the full-color book affordable. Anyway, thanks for the  review and clarification, Rod! Glad you liked the book!</description>

		<description>I didn&#039;t misunderstand it -- just didn&#039;t clarify well. I meant gastronomically displeasing to me. I hope you enjoyed your cheesecake, but it still looked gross to my eyes. The photos reminded me of that book with all the horrific recipe cards from yesteryear.
